Can I land a better job if I am prettier compared to someone with the same education/experience?

If we both had the same education/experience and were both women going for a successful job, would the prettier one come out as winner? Keep in mind, the pretty one is intelligent & independent, knows her stuff, is interesting, not materialistic — just plain effortlessly sexy.
