uh..never listened to Radio Havana Cuba? Radio China? Try it and see. Why do you think fighting forces always make sure they capture the media as one of their first objectives in taking over a country?!?!..One dosen’t even have to be the most gullable nut to fall out of the tree to know that if the owner of the media has political leanings, somehow, someways it will eventually seep out on the air. There’s been some good books even written about it.(news departments pressured to editorialize instead of ‘just reporting’ etc.)…

I think that’s becoming less and less the case. People are finally beginning to wake up to the fact that the media, for the most part, has a major agenda and it’s not necessarily to the benefit of general population to pay much attention to what they hear in the news.

Being the only way that the public can get all of its information
    .
There is no other decision as to if it does
    .
And then you have to take into consideration are the people tell you how it is telling you what they want to see
    .

The public seems to do whatever the media tells them to. They can spin an election to get you to vote for their candidate by giving false impressions of yours. They give their own version of the news. If they interviewed you and you said, " Obama is a good candidate, but I’m voting for McCain". They could cut the film to make it look like you said, "Obama is a good candidate", and leave out the rest. They don’t report the news anymore, they report THEIR news.
