How can I get 2 multimillion dollar ideas patented and marketed with not the money to do so? ?

I have been blessed was a creative mind. One company allowed me to have notarized it was the wrong product for that company. Advised to try others. I recently came up with a new joke. I just need help with money or a way around until products or ideas are sold. they are winners. Where do I go from here?
