]]> At what age did you feel emotionally mature? Was there a particular time/experience in your life where you realised that you were behaving in a mature way? I know that people are different and mature at different ages but generally speaking people in their early/mid 20′s are emotionally mature, right? For me, emotionally mature means that someone is capable of dealing with problems effectively, a person who strives for personal growth and knows when to let go and move on. what do you think?

]]> Hi. I’ve decided to go after MY DREAM. My passion is personal growth and healing. I’ve read hundreds of self-help books over the years, have had my own very deep healing journey, and I have so much to share. I do have a gift with others. Very much so.

I am not definite on exactly what I want to teach. I have so many ideas, that I find myself stagnating and in circles. I feel I should pick one topic. But I have so many!

Perhaps you have created workshops or retreats yourself. How can I research areas of workshop interests? Women seem to be my desired market. But I also have some ideas for men.

How can I get clear on exactly what it is I want to teach and/or can I go with my many ideas and many different workshops? Everyone says, just do one workshop. But I feel I should have several planned.

I know all about the marketing part. That is not the problem.

Seems to be more about some kind of block sitting down and getting clear.

]]> I’ve been reflecting to myself a lot recently (i always self-reflect, but these times more than usual.) I’ve always been curious to know "who I am, what i am, and where i am" in life. But, the more I learn, it feels like I didnt just learn it, but I had always knew it. I only realized something I seem to have know all along but didn’t know i know before.
