What's another word for being jaded or developing a negative mindset towards a person?

Let’s say you’ve done 1st time business with an individual who claims to have good service – but ends up doing poorly. Now you are "ambivalent" to use their services again due to a highly negative first-time experience.

"Ambivalent" is the best I can come up with, are they any others?
